After a recent trip to France where I breathed French culture, language and cuisine, I realized how little I knew of my own heritage. Upon my return to Canada, I decided a remedy for my lack of ability was long overdue. Naturally, when my parents invited me to a friend\\\'s Chinese New Year Dumpling(-Making) Party, I jumped at the chance to learn the craft from scratch. A couple hours and numerous warped, mutant dumplings later, I get a taste of just how behind I am!
